The surrounding concrete decking was significantly weathered and lacked the modern finish required to match the home’s potential. During Construction
Once the demolition was complete, our team moved into the critical structural phase of the renovation. As seen in the progress photos, we focused on reinforcing the pool’s integrity with new steel rebar cages and updated plumbing lines to ensure long-term performance.
